🥢From Our Family Kitchen to Yours

We’re a small family of food lovers bringing big flavour to your table. Foo Chilli Company began with a simple idea - to make chilli oil that turns any meal into something special. We wanted to make the most delicious chill oils for our family meals. We gifted jars to friends. Our friends were soon dropping off boxes of empty jars on our doorstep for us to fill- and we knew we were on to something pretty special!

We make our chilli oils with care, using recipes inspired by our mixed heritage and a shared passion for good food. Each jar is crafted to add that perfect zing (and a little joy!) to everyday meals.

We’re passionate about doing our part for the planet, opting for recycled and recyclable materials wherever we can and seeking to minimise waste wherever possible.

🍜 Our Story

Like our chilli oils, our family is a mix of flavours and backgrounds.

Ben was born in Singapore to Malaysian Chinese parents and grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia. His love of
cooking started early and has never left.

Claire was born in Melbourne with Anglo-Irish roots, where mealtimes were full of warmth, laughter, and always something delicious. After school, she lived in Italy learning the language, the culture - and of course, the food.

Our boys, Liam and Charlie, have grown up with meals from all over the world - Ma Po Tofu one night, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca the next.
Both are keen cooks (kitchen space is a hot commodity in our house!) and full of ideas for what comes next.

When we started Foo Chilli Company, we had two goals: to make something truly delicious, and to do it sustainably. We have more work to do in reducing our impact on the environment- this will be an ongoing endeavour. And we will keep you posted.
